 | Great Tool for beginning digital scrapbookers - SCRAPBLOG |
Hello Scrappers,
I have had many people ask me what digital scrapbooking is, and how can they make layouts. Well before I tell someone to go for over a chunk of cash for Photoshop elements, paint shop pro, or a myriad of scrapbooking programs, I suggest people check out this great site that popped up in the last few years.
Scrapblog is a online scrapbooking tool which is great for beginners. Here is whats great about these guys and gals from Miami:
1. its free
2. its online so no dowloads
3. they have free graphics, elements and content for your pages
4. you can add music and videos to your layouts
5. you can pull in photos you have on your photo sites, social networking page, and many other locations
6. once you finish you scrapbook you can emails your friends and family to check it out
and lastly and the part that ties in to my Year of the Hybrid
7. if you like your scrapbook you can put an order in to have it printed as a coffee book
So if you are interested in digital scrapbooking don't worry about buying software, check out Scrapblog get use to the idea of making layouts on your computer.
Thanks for your time

Hello All,
While browsing the last issue of Scrapbook Retailer, I came across a link to a crafting networking site. MYCraftivity.com. I decided to check it out. What I found was very similar to facebook and myspace, but its specific to crafters. So whether your a digi scrapper, and traditional scrapper, or like me a hybrid scrapper, check them out.
